A Sewage treatment plant system is actually a process by which we treat water that has been rendered impure due to our daily activities. In order to make this water pure again and remove the pollutants, we provide customized and normal sewage treatment packages so that you can use the water for gardening or toilet flushing purposes at least. Our packages are based upon the following:
1. SAFF / FAB / SBR technology
2. Conventional Activated/Extended aeration systems
3. MBR systems to get bacteria free water
4. Chemical Oxidation plants for small flows
5. Anaerobic treatment systems
Many STPs are known as three-stage because they process their wastewater in three principal steps:
I. Primary Treatment
II. Secondary Treatment
III. Tertiary Treatment
Ultrafiltration (UF) is an important purification technology used for the production of high-purity water in the many industries. When strategically combined with other purification technologies in a complete water & Wastewater system. UF membranes used to remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt, turbidity, organic / inorganic polymeric molecules, algae, particulate matters, suspended solids and all microorganisms from Water & Wastewater.
Max Aquaa UF Plants are designed for a variety of industrial & commercial applications requiring high quality equipment with a fast delivery and competitive price. These pre-engineered, pre-assembled and factory tested units minimize installation and start-up time. With simple utility connections and easy to set up controls, the unit is ready for quick on-line service. The control system is an advanced microprocessor based system that is very easy to use.
Max Aquaa UF Plants are available in flow rates from 0.25 M3/hr. to 100 M3/hr. Using high quality Hollow fiber UF membrane and equipment for variety of applications.
UV Disinfection System is an extremely effective way to combat microbial contamination in water. However, microbes have to be exposed to UV-C light in the proper amount in order to effectively disinfect the water.
UV Disinfection Systems are used in many different applications ranging from the purification of drinking water in individual homes to disinfecting water supply of entire townships to industrial wastewater treatment. UV treatment for water is recognized as a safer and more cost-effective way to disinfect water for industrial applications
In the UV water disinfection technology, the UV light disinfects by penetrating microorganisms and destroying their DNA. DNA plays an important role in organisms’ functions and reproduction hence destroying the DNA prevents the organism from being active and multiplying. This UV energy (wavelength of 240-280 nm) is also naturally found in sunlight in very small quantities. The same energy is produced in stronger intensities with the help of high mercury discharge lamps, commonly known as UV lamps.
Effluent treatment plants need land for construction, capital cost, power and specialized manpower for their operation and maintenance. Because of these constraints, small scale tanneries can not afford to have their own effluent treatment facilities and therefore, combined effluent from all tanneries are to be brought to a centralized place for treatment. This facility is called a Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP). For operation and maintenance of CETP, small scale tanners formed a co-operative society. The expenses for operation and maintenance of CETP are being shared by participating tanneries. Wastewater management for the cluster of small scale tanneries was studied in details and various measures were incorporated to improve performance of the CETP and also to improve treated effluent quality to confirm standard prescribed by regulatory agencies.
We Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection and Commissioning Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on Turnkey basis for various types and natures of waste Waters, effluents which combines advanced physico-chemical treatment processes with tertiary polishing system for the removal of organic, inorganic, oil and grease, heavy metals & suspended solids.
Our methodology – We analyze the effluent samples for different effluent parameters as per nature and compositions, carry out the treatability studies by using different methods checking techno-commercial Feasibility and then designed treatment schemes, processes accordingly to suit the purpose and need. Our ETP systems are very compact, tailor made designs, portable required very less foot-print to accommodate, energy efficient. The up-gradation, modification in the existing ETP system is possible to achieve desired limiting standard laid down by the Pollution Control Board (PCB).
Biological treatment is an important and integral part of any wastewater treatment plant that treats wastewater from either municipality or industry having soluble organic impurities or a mix of the two types of wastewater sources. The obvious economic advantage, both in terms of capital investment and operating costs, of biological treatment over other treatment processes like chemical oxidation; thermal oxidation etc. has cemented its place in any integrated wastewater treatment plant. Biological treatment using aerobic activated sludge process has been in practice for well over a century. Increasing pressure to meet more stringent discharge standards or not being allowed to discharge treated effluent has led to implementation of a variety of advanced biological treatment processes in recent years. The title of this article being very general, it is not possible by any means to cover all the biological treatment processes.
